Frequently asked questions

I only operate for part of the year — do I pay for all twelve months?

Only if you want to. Plans are monthly and you can cancel anytime; cancelling stops future renewals rather than deleting anything, so a seasonal operator can pay through the season and stop out of it. Your bookings, tours and customer history stay yours and are waiting when you come back. There is no annual contract and no reactivation fee.

I am a one-person operation with a few dozen bookings a season. Is this overkill?

Quite possibly, and the free plan is the honest answer — it covers up to 20 bookings and 5 automatic captures a month with no card. If that is all you need, stay on it. Paying makes sense at the point where forgetting one enquiry costs more than the subscription, which for most operators is somewhere around a booking a week rather than a booking a season.

Does the price go up when I have a good month?

No. That is the whole difference from a per-booking model. A flat monthly price means a record season and a quiet one cost you the same, so the software never takes a share of the month you worked hardest for. The only thing that changes the bill is how many staff seats an appointments business runs.

What happens to my bookings if I stop paying?

They stay yours. Cancelling ends future renewals; it does not wipe your data, and you can export your bookings to CSV at any time. We would rather you paused between seasons and came back than felt locked in.
