Data Deletion
Last updated: 2 June 2026
You can ask us to delete the personal data Retveno holds about you. This page explains how, including data we receive from connected platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.
If you’re an operator (account holder)
You have two options:
- Disconnect an integration. In Settings you can disconnect Google, Meta or other integrations at any time. This revokes our access and stops further data from that source; related tokens are deleted.
- Delete your account and data. Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll delete your account and associated personal data, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons, within 30 days and confirm when it’s done.
If you’re a guest or customer of an operator
When you book with a business that uses Retveno, that business decides how your data is used (they are the data controller). To have your data removed:
- Contact the operator you booked with and ask them to delete your details; or
- Email [email protected] with enough detail to identify your records (e.g. the business name and the phone/email or handle you messaged from). We’ll forward your request to the operator and assist them in removing it.
Data received from Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp
If you connected a Meta platform to Retveno, you can remove our access from the platform itself:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → remove “Retveno”.
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → remove “Retveno”.
Removing the app stops further data sharing. To also delete data we’ve already stored, send a deletion request as above and we’ll remove the booking data derived from those messages. As described in our Privacy Policy, we don’t retain the raw message threads — only the booking details extracted from messages that matched your trigger words.
