Commission-free booking software for Zipline operators who take bookings over WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. Turn every enquiry into a ready-to-confirm booking — one flat monthly price, 0% commission.
Zipline courses and aerial adventure parks sell timed starts to walk-ups and to groups who book weeks ahead, and the enquiries arrive over WhatsApp and Instagram asking the same three questions. Retveno keeps that chat-first flow and turns each one into a managed booking with the rider details already on it.

A whole messy chat becomes one clean booking.
Real bookings don't arrive in one tidy message — they're a back-and-forth, with changed dates and afterthoughts. Watch us untangle the whole thread into a single booking, exactly like we do on autopilot.

Keep your channels — lose the admin
Your DMs become bookings — automatically
Connect your channels once and the messages customers send you on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger turn into ready-to-confirm bookings by themselves. No copy-paste, no typing, nothing for your guests to install — you just tap confirm. Only messages that mention a booking are ever read; never your private chats.
Commission-free
Unlike Rezdy or FareHarbor, we never take a cut of your bookings. One flat monthly price, every sale is yours.
WhatsApp reminders
Automatic SMS and WhatsApp reminders before each trip cut no-shows without you lifting a finger.
Your enquiries become bookings — automatically
Connect WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger once and every booking conversation turns into a pending booking with the customer name, dates, group size and contact details already filled in. Review and tap confirm — no copy-paste, no marketplace, nothing new for your guests to learn. Not a channel we connect to yet? Paste a screenshot and Retveno reads it into a draft booking.

Capture the details Zipline actually needs
Generic booking forms don't fit adventure activities. A zipline booking turns on rider weight, age and height — every rider, not a total — because the course has a minimum as well as a maximum, and the limits are the gear's, not a policy you can waive on the day. Retveno lets you define your own custom fields per tour — for example rider weights, ages, heights, harness sizes, closed-toe footwear, group size, any mobility or medical notes — so every booking captures exactly what you need to run the trip safely.

What limits a departure
Throughput on a timed start — guides on the platforms and the slowest group on the line, not seats in a vehicle. One course, one set of staff, a fixed number of riders you can send down it in an hour.
A Zipline departure6 of 12 seats taken
6 seats left.
Waivers
Sent with the booking and signed before arrival, so nobody is filling in paperwork at the meeting point. On the Pro plan.
On the day
A departure manifest you can open on your phone, carrying every custom field the booking captured — and exportable to CSV.
How Zipline actually runs
A zipline runs on a schedule that weather interrupts rather than defines.
The course is steel cable on exposed platforms, so lightning stops it the moment it is within range and restarts it on a timer, not on judgement — a clear afternoon can still cost you two timed starts in the middle of it. High wind does the same on the longer spans. That makes the operating question different from a river or a wind sport: you are not choosing whether today runs, you are re-seating the people who were on the two starts that did not, while the next four are already arriving.
Most zipline operations also run the aerial park — the ropes circuits, the nets, the climbing elements — off the same platforms, staff and briefing.
The two sell to different people on the same day: the park is a three-hour family session booked for the school holidays, the zipline a twenty-minute ride bought on the spot by someone who walked up. Set each as its own tour with its own capacity and price and one afternoon holds both, without a park session quietly consuming the slots a coach party already has.
Every departure on one calendar
When the forecast moves, you move the departure — not forty chat threads. Seats, deposits and the guide assigned, in one view.
What a half-filled booking costs you
Weight is the one that bites, and it bites in the direction nobody expects.
A rider over the maximum can be turned away at the harness, which is a refund and an argument. A rider under the minimum will stall partway down the line and has to be retrieved by a guide going out after them — the group waits, the timed starts behind it back up, and it happens in front of everyone. Collected at booking it is a number in a field; discovered at the platform it is the rest of the afternoon.
What one more guest actually earns you
One more guest can cost more than they pay — another vehicle, another guide, another van run. Retveno works it out per departure before you accept the booking.

Frequently asked questions
We have a minimum and a maximum weight, and people never volunteer it. Can I make them?
Make it a required custom field on the tour and the booking cannot be completed without it — for each rider, not as a group total. When an enquiry arrives over chat without it, the booking is held as needing info and you can see exactly which rider is missing what, rather than scrolling back through a thread to work out who is who.
Do I have to change how I take bookings?
No. Keep taking bookings on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger exactly as you do today. Connect your channels once and booking messages turn into ready-to-confirm bookings automatically.
What does a zipline booking need to capture?
A zipline booking turns on rider weight, age and height — every rider, not a total — because the course has a minimum as well as a maximum, and the limits are the gear's, not a policy you can waive on the day. In Retveno those are custom fields you define per tour — for this one, typically rider weights, ages, heights, harness sizes, closed-toe footwear, group size, any mobility or medical notes. They arrive filled in on the booking, appear on the departure manifest, and export to CSV with everything else.
Is it really commission-free?
Yes. One flat monthly price — no commission and no per-booking fee. Every booking stays 100% yours.
Is there a free plan?
