Nutritionist booking software

Commission-free booking software for nutritionists. Give clients a link that shows your real availability, takes the deposit and fills the gaps you would otherwise spend the evening filling by message.

Nutrition consultations are long first sessions followed by shorter reviews, often weeks apart. Retveno holds both shapes on one bookable calendar and reminds clients before each one.

Your calendar fills itself

A booking page that knows your hours

Set each staff member's weekly hours and time off once, and your own booking link does the rest. Customers pick a service, a person or "any available", a day and a time — days you are closed are greyed out, times already taken are struck through, and two people can never take the same slot.

Buffers that hold the gap

Give every service a cleanup buffer and the next booking simply cannot land in it. A 30-minute cut with a 15-minute buffer keeps the chair busy until the room is genuinely ready.

Deposits and reminders included

Take a deposit per service through your own Stripe account, and let automatic email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders cut the no-shows. Both are part of the plan, not paid add-ons.

Availability per nutritionist, not per business

A first consultation runs an hour while a review runs half that, and clients booking a month ahead are exactly the ones most likely to forget. Retveno gives every nutritionist their own weekly hours and time off, and maps each service to the people who can actually perform it. A client picks the person they want — or "any available" — and only ever sees times that person is genuinely free.

Durations and buffers your day survives

Every service carries its own duration, price, deposit and cleanup buffer. The buffer is held after the appointment as well as before it, so two bookings can never quietly erase the gap between them — the mistake that makes a diary look fine at nine and hopeless by noon.

How nutritionists actually run a week

Nutrition work is front-loaded: a long first consultation, then shorter reviews that can be three or four weeks apart. That gap is the problem — a review booked a month ahead is exactly the appointment a client forgets, and it is also the one that keeps the engagement alive. The diary's job is to hold both shapes and then remind people.

What a missed appointment costs you

A sixty-minute initial consultation at €70 is the most valuable slot you sell and the one most often booked by someone who has not committed yet. A deposit on that service filters out the browsing, and the automatic reminder catches the rest closer to the day.

Deposits that stop the no-shows

Set a deposit per service and it is collected at booking through your own Stripe account — Retveno takes no cut. Switch on auto-confirm and a booking confirms itself the moment the deposit lands, or straight away when no deposit is due. Automatic email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders go out before the appointment either way.

Setting up a nutritionist

Add the initial consultation and the review as separate services — an hour and half an hour — and yourself as the staff member. Set the hours you consult in, then check the reminder timing, because reviews booked three or four weeks out are the appointments most likely to be forgotten without one.

Frequently asked questions

My reviews are weeks apart — will clients remember?

That is what the automatic reminder is for: it goes out before the appointment over email, SMS or WhatsApp regardless of how far ahead it was booked. You set the timing once in settings and it applies to everything on the calendar.

Do my clients need an account or an app?

No. They open your booking link, pick a service and a time, and leave a name plus an email or a phone number — either is enough. There is nothing to download and no account to create.

Can each nutritionist have different hours?

Yes. Weekly hours and time off are set per person, and each service lists who can perform it, so availability is always calculated against the individual rather than the business.

Is there really no commission?

None. You pay a flat monthly price per staff member and nothing per booking. Deposits go to your own Stripe account, where only Stripe's standard card fee applies.
