Commission-free booking software for personal trainers. Give clients a link that shows your real availability, takes the deposit and fills the gaps you would otherwise spend the evening filling by message.
Trainers lose hours a week to rescheduling messages across a dozen different threads. Retveno puts your bookable hours on one link and lets clients take the slots you actually have free.

A booking page that knows your hours
Set each staff member's weekly hours and time off once, and your own booking link does the rest. Customers pick a service, a person or "any available", a day and a time — days you are closed are greyed out, times already taken are struck through, and two people can never take the same slot.
Buffers that hold the gap
Give every service a cleanup buffer and the next booking simply cannot land in it. A 30-minute cut with a 15-minute buffer keeps the chair busy until the room is genuinely ready.
Deposits and reminders included
Take a deposit per service through your own Stripe account, and let automatic email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders cut the no-shows. Both are part of the plan, not paid add-ons.
Availability per trainer, not per business
Your availability changes every week around your own training and the gym’s floor hours, and keeping a dozen clients up to date by message is the job nobody pays you for. Retveno gives every trainer their own weekly hours and time off, and maps each service to the people who can actually perform it. A client picks the person they want — or "any available" — and only ever sees times that person is genuinely free.
Durations and buffers your day survives
Every service carries its own duration, price, deposit and cleanup buffer. The buffer is held after the appointment as well as before it, so two bookings can never quietly erase the gap between them — the mistake that makes a diary look fine at nine and hopeless by noon.
How personal trainers actually run a week
A trainer's bookable day is two narrow windows — before work and after it — with a dead middle that no amount of marketing fills. Those windows also move: your own training, the gym's floor hours, a client who switches to Thursdays. Publishing them as real availability, rather than restating them in a dozen separate message threads, is most of the admin gone.
What a missed appointment costs you
A missed 1:1 at €45 is an hour you were at the gym for anyway, which is what makes it sting. Reminders cut most of it; a deposit on the longer assessment sessions covers the rest, and both run without you having to be the person who chases.
Deposits that stop the no-shows
Set a deposit per service and it is collected at booking through your own Stripe account — Retveno takes no cut. Switch on auto-confirm and a booking confirms itself the moment the deposit lands, or straight away when no deposit is due. Automatic email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders go out before the appointment either way.
Setting up a personal trainer
Add yourself as the staff member, then your session types: the 1:1, the longer assessment, the short check-in. The part worth doing carefully is the hours — publish only the windows you genuinely train in, and mark the days you compete or travel as time off. Everything after that is a link you paste once.
Frequently asked questions
Can I open only early mornings and evenings?
Yes. Hours are set per staff member and per day, so you can publish 06:30–09:00 and 17:00–20:00 on weekdays and something different at weekends. Time off blocks the days you are away without disturbing anything else.
Do my clients need an account or an app?
No. They open your booking link, pick a service and a time, and leave a name plus an email or a phone number — either is enough. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
Can each trainer have different hours?
Yes. Weekly hours and time off are set per person, and each service lists who can perform it, so availability is always calculated against the individual rather than the business.
Is there really no commission?
None. You pay a flat monthly price per staff member and nothing per booking. Deposits go to your own Stripe account, where only Stripe's standard card fee applies.
