Commission-free booking software for barbershops. Give clients a link that shows your real availability, takes the deposit and fills the gaps you would otherwise spend the evening filling by message.
Barbershops run on short, back-to-back cuts and a chair that has to stay full. Retveno gives every barber their own bookable hours and lets regulars book the chair they always sit in.

A booking page that knows your hours
Set each staff member's weekly hours and time off once, and your own booking link does the rest. Customers pick a service, a person or "any available", a day and a time — days you are closed are greyed out, times already taken are struck through, and two people can never take the same slot.
Buffers that hold the gap
Give every service a cleanup buffer and the next booking simply cannot land in it. A 30-minute cut with a 15-minute buffer keeps the chair busy until the room is genuinely ready.
Deposits and reminders included
Take a deposit per service through your own Stripe account, and let automatic email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders cut the no-shows. Both are part of the plan, not paid add-ons.
Availability per barber, not per business
A shop runs several chairs at once, and a client who always sees the same barber will not accept whoever is free — so availability has to be per barber, not per shop. Retveno gives every barber their own weekly hours and time off, and maps each service to the people who can actually perform it. A client picks the person they want — or "any available" — and only ever sees times that person is genuinely free.
Durations and buffers your day survives
Every service carries its own duration, price, deposit and cleanup buffer. The buffer is held after the appointment as well as before it, so two bookings can never quietly erase the gap between them — the mistake that makes a diary look fine at nine and hopeless by noon.
How barbershops actually run a week
A barbershop's week is back-loaded: Thursday to Saturday carries the takings and Monday pays for the lights. Because the slots are short, one gap is cheap and four gaps in a row is a wasted afternoon. Retveno lets each barber publish their own hours, so the shop can open a chair at 07:00 for the before-work crowd and close it at 15:00 without touching anyone else's diary.
What a missed appointment costs you
A no-show on a €28 cut and beard trim at 11:00 on a Saturday is not one lost fee — it is the busiest slot of the week, and nobody is walking in to fill it at ten minutes' notice. Put a deposit on the longer services and let the day-before reminder go out automatically, and the two changes between them cover their own cost several times over in a month.
Deposits that stop the no-shows
Set a deposit per service and it is collected at booking through your own Stripe account — Retveno takes no cut. Switch on auto-confirm and a booking confirms itself the moment the deposit lands, or straight away when no deposit is due. Automatic email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders go out before the appointment either way.
Setting up a barbershop
Start with three services — a fade, a cut and beard, a line-up — and add a chair for each barber. Give everyone their real hours, including the barber who only works Thursday to Saturday, and the shop is bookable that afternoon. Most shops leave buffers at zero because they genuinely run back to back, and add one later on the longer beard work once they see where the day slips.
Frequently asked questions
Can regulars always get the same barber?
Yes. Availability is published per barber rather than per shop, so a client who only sits in one chair books that person's real hours. Anyone happy with whoever is free picks “any available” instead, and the page fills from whichever barber still has the slot open.
Do my clients need an account or an app?
No. They open your booking link, pick a service and a time, and leave a name plus an email or a phone number — either is enough. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
Can each barber have different hours?
Yes. Weekly hours and time off are set per person, and each service lists who can perform it, so availability is always calculated against the individual rather than the business.
Is there really no commission?
None. You pay a flat monthly price per staff member and nothing per booking. Deposits go to your own Stripe account, where only Stripe's standard card fee applies.
