Commission-free booking software for hair salons. Give clients a link that shows your real availability, takes the deposit and fills the gaps you would otherwise spend the evening filling by message.
Hair salons juggle appointments that run anywhere from twenty minutes to three hours, across several stylists. Retveno keeps each stylist’s column accurate so a colour never collides with the cut after it.

A booking page that knows your hours
Set each staff member's weekly hours and time off once, and your own booking link does the rest. Customers pick a service, a person or "any available", a day and a time — days you are closed are greyed out, times already taken are struck through, and two people can never take the same slot.
Buffers that hold the gap
Give every service a cleanup buffer and the next booking simply cannot land in it. A 30-minute cut with a 15-minute buffer keeps the chair busy until the room is genuinely ready.
Deposits and reminders included
Take a deposit per service through your own Stripe account, and let automatic email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders cut the no-shows. Both are part of the plan, not paid add-ons.
Availability per stylist, not per business
Service lengths vary wildly in a salon, and a colour needs cleanup time before the next client sits down — get either wrong and the whole afternoon runs late. Retveno gives every stylist their own weekly hours and time off, and maps each service to the people who can actually perform it. A client picks the person they want — or "any available" — and only ever sees times that person is genuinely free.
Durations and buffers your day survives
Every service carries its own duration, price, deposit and cleanup buffer. The buffer is held after the appointment as well as before it, so two bookings can never quietly erase the gap between them — the mistake that makes a diary look fine at nine and hopeless by noon.
How hair salons actually run a week
Salon diaries are lumpy in a way short-appointment trades are not: a full colour blocks a stylist for two and a half hours while a fringe trim takes fifteen minutes, and the two have to sit in the same column without leaving dead air between them. Give each service its true length and its own cleanup buffer, and the booking page stops offering times that were never really free.
What a missed appointment costs you
A €120 colour that does not turn up costs the stylist two and a half hours they had turned other clients away for — the single most expensive gap in the salon. It is also the booking most worth protecting with a deposit, which is why the deposit amount is set per service rather than per business: full price on colour, nothing on a fringe trim.
Deposits that stop the no-shows
Set a deposit per service and it is collected at booking through your own Stripe account — Retveno takes no cut. Switch on auto-confirm and a booking confirms itself the moment the deposit lands, or straight away when no deposit is due. Automatic email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders go out before the appointment either way.
Setting up a hair salon
List the menu at its true lengths — the colour at 150 minutes, not the 90 you wish it took — and tick which stylists do colour. Add a cleanup buffer to anything involving product, set each stylist's week, and publish. The first thing most salons notice is that the page stops offering the 16:30 that was never really free.
Frequently asked questions
Can I ask for a deposit on colour but not on a quick cut?
Yes. The deposit is a property of the service, so a full colour can carry one while a cut and blow dry carries none. Deposits are collected through your own Stripe account at the moment of booking, and the appointment can confirm itself as soon as the payment lands.
Do my clients need an account or an app?
No. They open your booking link, pick a service and a time, and leave a name plus an email or a phone number — either is enough. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
Can each stylist have different hours?
Yes. Weekly hours and time off are set per person, and each service lists who can perform it, so availability is always calculated against the individual rather than the business.
Is there really no commission?
None. You pay a flat monthly price per staff member and nothing per booking. Deposits go to your own Stripe account, where only Stripe's standard card fee applies.
