Commission-free booking software for nail salons. Give clients a link that shows your real availability, takes the deposit and fills the gaps you would otherwise spend the evening filling by message.
Nail salons book high volumes of short appointments and lose most of their money to last-minute no-shows. Retveno takes a deposit up front and reminds every client the day before.

A booking page that knows your hours
Set each staff member's weekly hours and time off once, and your own booking link does the rest. Customers pick a service, a person or "any available", a day and a time — days you are closed are greyed out, times already taken are struck through, and two people can never take the same slot.
Buffers that hold the gap
Give every service a cleanup buffer and the next booking simply cannot land in it. A 30-minute cut with a 15-minute buffer keeps the chair busy until the room is genuinely ready.
Deposits and reminders included
Take a deposit per service through your own Stripe account, and let automatic email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders cut the no-shows. Both are part of the plan, not paid add-ons.
Availability per technician, not per business
Sets, infills and removals all take different lengths of time, and a no-show on a Saturday morning is a chair you cannot refill at an hour’s notice. Retveno gives every technician their own weekly hours and time off, and maps each service to the people who can actually perform it. A client picks the person they want — or "any available" — and only ever sees times that person is genuinely free.
Durations and buffers your day survives
Every service carries its own duration, price, deposit and cleanup buffer. The buffer is held after the appointment as well as before it, so two bookings can never quietly erase the gap between them — the mistake that makes a diary look fine at nine and hopeless by noon.
How nail salons actually run a week
Nail salons run on volume and on cycles: clients come back every two to three weeks for infills, and the diary is a stack of forty-five and ninety-minute slots rather than a handful of long ones. The difference between an infill and a full set is decided when the client books, so the booking page has to ask which one it is before it offers a time.
What a missed appointment costs you
A Saturday morning acrylic full set is ninety minutes at €55, and at an hour's notice it is not being refilled. Volume trades feel no-shows differently from long-appointment ones — it is rarely one dramatic loss, it is three or four small ones a week that quietly become a month's rent.
Deposits that stop the no-shows
Set a deposit per service and it is collected at booking through your own Stripe account — Retveno takes no cut. Switch on auto-confirm and a booking confirms itself the moment the deposit lands, or straight away when no deposit is due. Automatic email, SMS and WhatsApp reminders go out before the appointment either way.
Setting up a nail salon
Split sets, infills and removals into separate services rather than one 'nails' entry, because the difference in length is the whole problem. Add a technician per chair, put a deposit on the full set, and let the reminder go out the day before. That combination — right lengths, deposit on the long one — is what most salons find moves the no-show rate.
Frequently asked questions
A client booked infills but needs a full set — can I change it?
Yes. Open the appointment and switch the service; the length, price and any deposit update with it, and the slot is re-checked so the longer booking cannot overrun into the next client. You can also move it to another technician or another time from the same screen.
Do my clients need an account or an app?
No. They open your booking link, pick a service and a time, and leave a name plus an email or a phone number — either is enough. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
Can each technician have different hours?
Yes. Weekly hours and time off are set per person, and each service lists who can perform it, so availability is always calculated against the individual rather than the business.
Is there really no commission?
None. You pay a flat monthly price per staff member and nothing per booking. Deposits go to your own Stripe account, where only Stripe's standard card fee applies.
